You will receive tubers to a quality that we would like to receive, we will make sure tubers will have visible eyes. Dahlias when divided will have cinnamon applied to their open wounds this helps with closing wounds and is anti fungal this doesn’t need to be washed off when planting.

Tubers will be divided July- August and available for collection and shipping August-September. I know this is a long time to wait but this ensures the chance of shriveling and rot issues.

Thank you for understanding, by preordering it gives us a chance to prioritise what needs to be divided due to demand.

Shipping:

We will allow pick up from our location when the tubers are fulfilled and we have made contact with you, delivery can be made via postage so when selecting shipping please ensure you select rural shipping if you want delivered to a rural address.

Care:

Once your tubers are received you will have 48 hours to contact us if you have an issue. We won’t replace tubers that fail to grow as your growing and storage conditions are out of our control.

Refunds:

We will do our best to ensure that all orders are fulfilled, but if a Dahlia variety doesn’t store well we will refund your order before it is shipped.
